The Center for the Promotion of Arts and Culture aspires to be a lively hub of activities to promote arts and culture at the local, national and international levels.
Vision
CMU Lanna Traditional House Open-Air Museum aims to be a learning resource of Lanna's cultural way of life for a sustainable and creative society.
Mission
1. Preserving and promoting religion, tradition and Lanna culture.
2. Academic services in arts and culture to communities and society to create benefits for the public.
3. Management that focuses on good governance, according to the sufficiency economy philosophy for sustainability, and environmental conservation.

Creativity "คิดอย่างสร้างสรรค์" คือ การปฏิบัติงานด้วยความคิดเชิงบวก ในมุมมองแห่งความสร้างสรรค์สุนทรียะแห่งศิลปะ วัฒนธรรม ทั้งของท้องถิ่นและชาติ
Passion "รักอย่างลึกซึ้ง" คือ รักในงานอย่างลึกซึ้ง มีความสุขและรักในงานที่ตนทำอย่างลึกซึ้ง รับผิดชอบตอบสนองในการบริการผู้อื่นและผู้ร่วมงาน
